Thailand has always been enticing to me BUT Thailand became increasingly more enticing when I found out how up close and personal I could get with an elephant (perhaps even with many elephants).
For like eight years I have been thinking about giving an elephant a bath in a river. I know that sounds weird but I just thought that would be pretty amazing! Soon (in about a week) this is scheduled to actually happen in Chiang Mai!
Today as I perused Home Goods on Staten Island, I saw many pieces of elephant decor. This was exciting so I took pictures so I could get revved up. My friend who is in India also sent me a picture of a temple elephant he saw there this week!!! I put this temple elephant in the collage too. Next week hopefully I will post pictures of live elephants I will meet in person!!
Elephants! (Real elephants! Edible elephants! Ceramic elephants! Temple elephant! Wicker elephant!)
